Assisto Fine is a subscription-based service that helps drivers get reimbursed for eligible speeding and parking tickets. Our goal is to reduce the financial burden of fines and provide peace of mind to drivers in Spain and France.

• Choose a membership plan (Basic, Plus, or Premium).
• Please allow 30 days (loyalty period) before being eligible for refunds.
• Submit your eligible fine and we'll reimburse you up to your plan's annual limit.

• Basic Plan : Minor speeding fines (up to 20 km/h over the limit) and municipal parking fines.
• Plus Plan : Moderate speeding fines (up to 30 km/h over the limit) and municipal parking fines.
• Premium Plan : High speeding fines (up to 40 km/h over the limit), municipal parking fines, and private parking fines.

• Fines for speeding more than 40 km/h over the limit (can have serious legal consequences).
• Fines related to dangerous driving, DUI, or reckless behavior.
• Non-parking violations, such as expired licenses, vehicle defects, or toll violations.

Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and sent directly to your bank account.

The 30-day waiting period ensures our service remains sustainable and prevents misuse by drivers who register only to dispute past tickets.
