1. Refund Policy

Assisto Fine offers a subscription-based service for speeding and parking ticket reimbursements. Due to the nature of the service, reimbursements are processed as follows:

• Subscription Fees : All subscription fees are nonrefundable once payment has been processed. However, users can cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
• Refunds : If a claim is approved and a refund is granted, funds will be transferred within 7 to 10 business days.
• Rejected Claims : If a submitted claim does not meet the eligibility criteria, no reimbursement will be granted. Customers can appeal the decision by providing additional supporting documentation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no additional charges will apply.
• If cancellation occurs before the 30-day loyalty period is complete, the user will not be eligible for a refund claim.
• There is no penalty for canceling a subscription.

• Fines incurred before completing the 30-day loyalty period.

5. Subscription and payment

6. Refund process
